“We had herd horror stories about building a new custom home from all of our friends. This was not the case with Jim Boles Custom Homes. Jim was full of ideas that benefited our new home that we would never have thought of. If we asked him to do something or change a detail, we did not have to ask a second time it simply got done. Another benefit was the during the entire project there was less than two weeks down time that sub contactors were not working on our home. In the mean time we sold the home we were living in earlier than planned, and Jim was able to finish our new home a month early. This saved us a substantial amount in interest expenses. Lastly, Jim’s contract and its allowances for things like plumbing and electrical items were well planned. Because of this, we were within one percent of our budget when we finished. If we had it all to do over again we would definitely use Jim Boles to build our home.”
